2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
2.1. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size. 2.2. Standard shipping within South Africa typically takes 3-7 business days. 2.3. Express shipping options are available for an additional fee and usually take 1-3 business days. 2.4. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or regional restrictions.
3. Local & International Shipping
3.1. We currently ship only within South Africa. 3.2. International shipping may be considered in the future, and updates will be provided on our website.
4. Order Tracking
4.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 4.2. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link on our courier’s website.
5. Shipping Delays & Issues
5.1. Earsplitting FC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. 5.2. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
6.1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. 6.2. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the courier first, and then reach out to us for assistance.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
7.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. 7.2. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Damaged Packages
8.1. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items and contact us within 48 hours. 8.2. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or refund.
